Controlled with a digital clock times can be set for a night time reduction to basking temperature. The Thermostat also features a second socket for a U.V.B bulb to be connected. This allows the keeper to control both thermo and photo regulation. Many of our complete kits feature this product. 

This thermostat whilst a basic controller offers a digital thermometer function as well as control. This means a far greater level of functionality over other heat pad thermostats which would require a seperate digital thermometer at extra cost. This thermostat can be used to control both heating and cooling equipment. For more temperate or montane species this means fans can be activated in summer to help circulate air and cool the room. Prorep bulb guards are essential for keepers using spot bulbs or ceramic heaters to protect their animals. These guard are available in two sizes. The regular rectangle guard is for batten fittings with spot bulbs up to 100w or a larger rectangle guard is available for using with bracket fittings holding spots and ceramics up to 250w. 

Nutrobal is a high potency multivitamin powder that is used to balance the diet of captive insectivorous and herbivorous reptiles and amphibians. Nutrobal should be used once to twice a week. Nutrobal should also be used in conjunction with Vetark Calci-Dust to ensure good vitamin availablity. 

Calci - Dust should be used two to five times weekly depending upon species. Call in for more information. Calcium is the building blocks for strong bones. Reptoboost is a probiotic and electrolyte solution that forms the backbone of care for animals struggling. This may be due to illness, brumation or post breeding stress. Reptoboost improves energy levels and encourages appetite. We use this product regularly to help establish wild caught animals. Reptoboost is commonly used to perk up tortoises and Bearded Dragons overwintering (brumating) and apparently sulking.
